Velvetize is a brand new Double IPA brewed with wheat and oats, then primarily hopped with a big pile of Cashmere hops, backed up by Mandarina Bavaria Nectar and Citra Cryo hops. New and refreshing impressions of sweet mandarin orange, slight pine, gooseberries, apricots and juicy tropics, rounded by a pleasant dankness and velvetizing mouthfeel.

After fermentation Santa Muerte was aged on a big pile of cocoa nibs, madagascan vanilla beans and mexican smoked chipotle-, ancho and passilla chillies. A rich roasty body with a dark chocolate taste, a hint of creamy vanilla and a subtle smokey spiciness rounds it up.

Double Dry hopped with huge amounts of bright and pungent Citra Cryo, Enigma and the freshest Callista Nectar we could get our hands on (harvested & pelletised only a few days before brewday!) Notes of tropical stone fruits, sweet apricot, white grape, red berries and that pillowy mouthfeel we love from our Vertigo.
