TEQUILA BARREL AGED SANTA MUERTE – Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial Stout 〰 9,5% abv – 330 ml
After fermentation Santa Muerte was aged on cocoa nibs, madagascan vanilla beans and mexican smoked Chipotle-, Ancho- and Passilla Chilies. Last year, just before Christmas, we put a small part of this brew into small Tequila Oak Barrels and let it age for 10 months. Here is the result.
Zutaten: Brauwasser, Gerstenmalz, Haferflocken, Roggenmalz, Kakaonibs, Hopfen, Chilis, Vanille, Hefe.
IDEAS BURN CAGES – Imperial Stout 〰 9,5% abv – 330 ml
“…Reinvent yourself everyday. Let go of the idea that you must always be who you have always been.” Of course our last release this year had to be a big dark hitter! There it is, rich, sweet, roasty and creamy. We infused this multi-layered Stout heavily with a big pile of toasted coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, sticky madagascan vanilla beans and a touch of lactose. At first sip we thought about keeping it to us, because it’s to delicious… but then, yeah, of course we want you to also enjoy it! 🙂
