BOOGIE SAFARI – West Coast IPA – alc. 6,0% vol. – 440 ml

A new one in our expedition to find the great non-hazy, crisp, bitter and flavourful West Coast Style IPA in the beer jungle! Brewed with barley and a touch of wheat for a smooth & crisp body, but with a lower ABV than usual, to refresh your boogie vibes in the wild out there. Kettle- & dry-hopped with a big pile of Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret, Enigma & Amarillo. Tasting impressions of dry white wine, zesty orange & lemon, red berries, resinous pine rounded with a long lingering bitterness.

REST IN PEACH – Peach Sour Gose – alc. 6,0% vol. – 440 ml

The Foamie Bros strike again! We teamed up with our Munich friends True Brew for a new perfect summer Collab. Rest in Peach is our jointly take on a kettle-soured German Gose Style Ale brewed with wheat, cilantro seeds & sea salt. After that we fermented it on 400kg of tasty peach puree. The result is a dangerously quaffable summer drink that no one can resist.

Zutaten: Brauwasser, Gerstenmalz, Weizenmalz, Pfirsichpüree, Meersalz, Koriander, Hopfen, Hefe.

RUNNING RIOT – Triple IPA – alc. 9,6% vol. – 440 ml

Who remembers Royal Rumble? We’ve been thinking about brewing one of our first and best DIPAs again for a very long time. So we decided to amp it up – to go bigger! For this iteration we took Royal Rumble to the next level and pushed it to the max! Running Riot is Royal Rumble on steroids – a hazy, creamy and incredibly juicy TIPA, filled to the brim with Motueka, Citra & Amarillo hops. Milky straw yellow in color with hoppy layers of ripe mango, sweet tangerine and lime sorbet.

TWO TONE #1 – DDH IPA  – Dual Hop Series #1 – HBC735 / Simcoe – alc. 7,2% vol. – 440 ml

We’re super excited to introduce you to a new heavy hopped experimental series that we will release randomly. Every Two Tone will be made with the same grain base and yeast, but different hop combinations of two varieties which we combine in equal parts that we think go well together. HBC735 is a very new experimental hop variety from Yakima we have not seen in much beers yet with initial aromas of some Mai Tai-ish cocktail vibes. So we decided to combine it with an all time favourite at SR, which needs no introduction: Simcoe!

TWO TONE #2 – DDH IPA  – Dual Hop Series #1 – Mosaic / Talus – alc. 7,2% vol. – 440 ml

Second one in the Two Tone Series highlighting the combination of two hop varieties: Mosaic & Talus! Both known for their earthy and floral but also juicy tones. Initial aromas of flowers, stone fruits, Piña Colada and berries.
Zutaten: Brauwasser, Malz (Gerste, Weizen, Hafer), Hopfen, Hefe.

DOUBLE HEADER – IPA 7,0% abv – 440ml

We had the pleasure to get our hands on fresh New Zealand hops directly all the way from Freestyle Hops out of Nelson! So of course we had to brew a double dry hopped Hazy IPA with them right away! This brew is bursting primarily with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops, backed by a wibble bit of also very fresh Simcoe. Tasting impressions of fresh crushed gooseberries, dry white wine, zesty lime and soft stone fruits.
Zutaten: Brauwasser, Malz (Gerste, Weizen, Hafer), Hopfen, Hefe.

HOW TO TRICK THE DEVIL – Fruited Sour – alc. 6,6% vol. – 440ml

Not today, Satan! ‘Cause we finally made a Fruited Sour Ale again! A fluffy tart berry banger with a nice fruit combo of Blackberry, Boysenberry, Blueberry, Blackcurrant, a touch of Amarillo & Callista hops and conditioned on a subtle base of slightly roasted coconut. Get your straws out, it’s berry shake time!
