After a visit in our Pop-Up Taproom from these beautiful creatures at Hop Hooligans we quickly realized we need to do a collab fast! And we did! We chatted about some ideas and as we are both fans of the Hornindal Kveik yeast strain we decided to brew an IPA with it. This yeast ferments rapidly, so Pulse was done in 48 hours, after that we dry hopped it heavily with Citra, Cashmere and a touch of Mosaic for a hazy tropical goodness!
