ESCAPE – No Coast Double IPA – alc. 8,0% vol. – 440 ml
This is a new one in our never ending journey exploring the fine differences between the ingredients we brew our beers with. Escape is brewed with a base of pilsner- , wheat- and spelt malt. We also used a different yeast than usual: the terrific Conan strain, known from one of the most famous DIPAs of the Vermont area which uniquely pushes all the fruity aromas. On top of that we dry hopped this bad boy with a big pile of Amarillo, Sabro & Nelson Sauvin. This is not your average Haze bomb, but a true juicy sipper.

3HOPFIGKEIT – IPA – alc. 6,8% vol. – 440 ml
For the third time we teamed up with our good friends @kuehnkunzrosen and @unverhopft to brew our holy trinity of hops! This years version is dry hopped with a new unique combo of Citra, Vic Secret & Idaho 7. Prepare yourself for a hazy tropical fruit punch 👊

DOOR OF PERCEPTION – Hoppy Baltic Porter – alc. 7,0% vol. – 440 ml
This mystical Baltic Porter is a special delicacy and just the right brew for when the days are slowly getting a little colder again. We have brewed a classic crisp & roasty bottom-fermented Baltic Porter and as if that were not already tasty enough we dry hopped it with a lot of Sabro hops for a tropical coconut-ish twist to this chocolaty treat!

PURPLE MOON – Salted Caramel Imperial Stout – alc. 10,0% vol. – 330 ml
We brewed a new big black hitter! Purple Moon is a rich, sweet, roasty and creamy Salted Caramel Imperial Stout. We pounded as many caramel malts into the grist as we could and fermented it with dark molasses-rich Mauritian Muscovado sugar. Finished with a touch of sea salt and lactose for the Salted Caramel Fudge experience.
