It’s been quite some time since we’ve been toying with the idea of finally brewing a Triple IPA, so here it is: our first and probably not our last TIPA! Brewed with a big pile of oats and wheat for a velvety mouthfeel, then double dry hopped with a combo of our favourite hops led by mighty Nelson Sauvin & Idaho 7 Cryo, backuped by Enigma & Sabro Cryo and fermented with a blend of three juicy yeast strains to give you waves after waves of sweet juice on steroids to melt away!

Our next interpretation of a post-modern West Coast Style IPA with a twist. We took the base of our ‚Mind Playing Tricks’ and switched the hop varieties. Kettle- & even more dry-hopped with Citra Cryo, backuped by very fresh german Hallertauer Amarillo & Chinook. This time we dry-hopped in still active fermentation to get a twisty haze to a piney yet juicy, crisp & bitter-slapping IPA fermented with a blend of a traditional west coast yeast and a juicy ale strain for a smooth fruit-driven twist.

Fermented with super delicious Cold Brew extracted from fair-trade organic coffee beans from our local friends at Cold Bro. Rich flavours of chocolate, nuts, mildly roasted coffee and dark berry fruits combine to create a harmonious smooth mouthfeel. Insider tip: pair it with blue cheese! Sounds crazy? We love it! 🙂

This experimental IPA was born from the ideas to brew a creamy Piña-Colada-like beer, but without adding real coconut or pineapple and playing around with a hot-fermenting norwegian farmhouse yeast. Brewed with a crazy amount of oats and dry hopped with a huge hop bill of Sabro Cryo and Hallertauer Sorachi Ace Nectar, both known for their tropical coconut aromas, backed up by a touch of Citra in the Whirlpool. Coming in with a wide range of tropical flavours from the high-speed fermenting Kveik yeast itself, this beer is huge on pineapple, coconut and creamy tropical fruits. Finished off with a touch of lactose to thicken it up just a bit.

DDH Vertigo is a variation on one of our first and most beloved IPAs. Brewed with plenty of malted oats and flaked wheat and fermented with our favorite strain of an english ale yeast. Double Dry hopped with huge amounts of bright and pungent Citra Cryo, Enigma and the freshest Callista Nectar we could get our hands on (harvested & pelletised only a few days before brewday!)
